ARTIFICAL NAILS AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

1.CLIENTS SHOULD EXPECT NAIL EXTENSIONS TO GRADUALLY WEAR-OFF WITH TIME.
Extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood in the lifting of the nail extensions.
We recommend nail enhancements or refills every 2-3 weeks.
The long-wear of nail polish is also dependent on wear & tear clients should expect it to chip or peel.

2. YOU NEED TO VISIT YOUR FAVORITE NAIL TECHNICIAN EVERY 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO FILL IN THE SPACE CREATED BY THE GROWTH OF YOUR NATURAL NAILS.
The duration of acrylics can vary from one person to another. nevertheless, experts advise that you should never go beyond three weeks without going for a fill and nail treatment.
This helps to take the pressure from the lifted expansion off your natural nails.
It can also lower your risk of a fungal infection.

3.YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE ARTIST’S TIME, PRODUCT AND OTHER EXPENSES USED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SERVICE.
No refund will be given for any reason on services or products. if you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

ARTIFICIAL NAILS WARRANTY

The nail shop gives the customer one week (7 days) guarantee on the treatment & products.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

The customer has the (artificial) nails serviced by another nail shop.
The customer works without gloves with harsh chemicals.
The customer has the artificial nails bitten or intentionally aborted. the customer used products other than those recommended by the nail shop for the maintenance of the (artificial) nails.
The customer has not followed the advice from the nail shop for the home care of (artificial) nails.
The customer neglects the advised to seek medical help.
The customer did not use the products according to the instructions

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you please let us know during your treatment or before you leave the facility

As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the services provided to your nail.

Complimentary fixed

Traditional nail polish services not guaranteed

Nail enhancements and gel polish manicure are guaranteed for 3days after your appointment. Excluding breakages.

If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 3days. Please call us to schedule a free repair (repair must be arranged within 2days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes

However, we would be gladly to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial services and schedule an appointment for nails fix within 2days.

Please do not email for fixes. Please call the salon if no one picks up and leave a text message (626) 636 1088. We would like to quickly serve you as soon as possible

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to our salon.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be applied. If for any reason you do need to cancel your appointment and choose to reschedule, your previous deposit will apply towards your next appointment.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc… And it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment for your convenience.

Appointments that are made and need to be reschedule in 4 hours or cancelled must be within a 24 hours period.

If you fail to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance, and you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged full service to your next appointment. No exceptions/ no excuses. Cancellations that break these rules will deposit full amount for future services fee added to your next appointment.

All deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment, your deposit will transfer over to your rescheduled appointment.

Please come to your appointment with an open schedule. Do not book an appointment when you are in a rush, so please do not schedule if you do not have enough time for your appointment. Please just use the walk- in or call-in method.

Late arrivals

Tardiness scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.

Child safety

In order to provide comfortable and relaxing atmosphere children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our NAIL ARTISANS. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Pets

Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are not allowed in the salon. The state board of cosmetology have specific rules and regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens, no animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “service animal” vests are the only exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “service animals” according to the washington state human rights commission. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns.

Cellphone

Our salon is a place for our clients to relax

As a courtesy to others, please silence your cell phones and other devices. Do not use speaker phone. We ask for you to use headphones or earpod

If you need to take an important phone call, please let us know in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service time. We also ask that while your nail artisan is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for them to do their job up to the standards. Thank you!

We reserve the right to refuse service top

Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers

Anyone arrived more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services

Anyone no call – no show an appointments 3 times or more equal being we reserve the right to refuse service
